remove blower R60

Hello, just would like to know if someone know how to remove a blower on R60 countryman All4 cooperS 2011 ? it made noise and vibrations when high speed one month ago, and now it doesn't blow anymore (a little bite). it is on the center, behind the A/C unit, at right to the accelerator (not on the top like on the R56(easier)). Screws are too far and difficult to access.
do I have to remove the dash to access on top, or I have to access by the sides under the dash ?
the photo is a R56, no mine
thank to help me.
