2021 MINI JCW GP will cost at least $45,750!

Are you willing to pay that price tag? They last time we saw a JCW GP model was the 2013 model year and now we should finally see another one. This will definitely be a huge step up from the 2013, styling wise. With the exaggerated fender treatment to the hatch-top wing that would look right at home on some of SEMA's most out-there builds, this model should not disappoint.

MINI announced Sunday that we'll get the full scoop on the new 2021 JCW GP at the Los Angeles Auto Show later in November. They also said the GP will go on sale in mid-2020, and only 3,000 will be produced.

Rumor has it this will be the last GP of its kind. Sources have said:

The demands for electrification will likely mean most if not all MINIs will have some sort of hybrid assistance – especially those at the high performance end of the spectrum. For instance rumors point to the current 301 hp B48 engine being replaced by a 340 hp hybridized version in the coming years. While the added power and torque will surges produce quicker acceleration, the added weight will change the equation for a car like the GP.
