R53 DSC and CPS fault codes?
 

I'm getting P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor always simultaneously with (ABS) 5E19 Engine Torque Not Adjustable and 5E16 CAN after I clear the codes and drive about 6-7 miles.
Replaced Camshaft Position Sensor, Crankshaft Position Sensor and reset the ECM and get same results and codes. Even with the codes the car runs fine as if it has no problem.
I read forums that suggests replacing the DSC module or the wiring harness but I don't want to blindly start replacing expensive parts that may or may not be the actual problem. Ideas...suggestions...a game plan?

Hello, I´m having exactly the same problem in my Mini R53 from 2006, (P0340 with 5E19 at same time), did you manage to solve it?

I also changed Camshaft Position Sensor, Crankshaft Position Sensor, MAP Sensors and a Wheel Speed Sensor that was damaged.

Update in case it can help someone.

After ordering an original camshaft position sensor from BMW and installing it, I have received no errors.
