Fault code 2948 fuel pressure
 
Hi I have a error code 2848 and car stinks of fuel with soot when started. I have no actual or desired fuel pressure on the diagnostic, I have checked voltage and have 5v 5v 12v unplugged plugged in no change. I have checked continuity all 3 wires ok, borrowed a ecu kit and changed that but no readings still but car runs. Any ideas
