2009 R57 Convertible top won't close
 

My top has had an intermittent issue with it opening fine, but getting stuck open. This only happened once in a great while so I did a simple workaround. I would unscrew the latches to release the top, put the top up, and down and re-secure the latches. Lately it's always happening. When it happens I get an indicator showing the top open with a unlocked symbol. Any idea on what needs to be done to fix this?
