Looking for a dealer that can order a Mini TODAY!!!! I can't wait for a date I need one ASAP.....

Anyone know of a dealer taking orders now? Sorry I just don't have the time to look around.

You can order one anytime from Habberstadt Mini in Long Island, NY.
They sell at sticker and can usually deliver one to your specs in 7-8 weeks. I ordered one from them last year, when CA dealers wanted sticker + 4-6K and a 6 month wait! Cost me about 1300 to truck it to Southern CA enclosed. Of course you could fly to NYC and drive it home, but I took delivery Jan 3. Cross country weather sucked at that time. They advertise in Autoweek if you need the tel. #. If you don't have a copy, I will bring one to work tomorrow. Good Luck. Rick

Wow, that is certainly an option for me since I'm still on that list. I called last week and they told me that I would be next to order but still "when is that?"....

I'll give them a call if you could give me that number.

Hi Eli- Tel # there is (631)418-3251 Ask for Phil. He's not the guy I bought from last year, but he is the one advertising in Autoweek, so I'd imagine he is really savy about dealing with out of state buyers.
Good luck, and let me know how it goes, as I'm probably going to order a new Works model around the first of the year. By the way, when I ordered last year, I built my car on the miniusa web site, faxed the dealer a copy of my build specs, they sent me a purchase order with those spect and the delivered price, I gave them a $1,000. on a Visa card over the phone, and bingo- 7 weeks later I got a call that my car was in. If you do it this way and have the car trucked home, let me know and I may be able to give you the details of my shipping experience. Rick Coleman
