E36 Power Steering Rack

Hi,
I have a 1998 328is and I have to replace the steering rack some time. I see that Pelican Parts has ZF brand (OEM) part for $595.00

Does it come with new tie rods too?


I found the same ZF brand on another website, for significantly lower price...
