Do I need a special tool to Remove? 1999 528I

On that particular engine, I believe the balancer is held on with six 13mm bolts.

You'll need to keep the engine from turning while you loosen the bolts. Give me your VIN number and i can confirm.

yes there are six 13mm bolts, them are out do I need a puller once I take them out

Pretty sure you dont need a puller.
