Driver side seat track

After releasing my driver seat a couple of days ago, the seat would not return to it upright position or move back at all. My brother is a Master mechanic however not in the import field, so we were able to remove the seat and find that the handle that moves the seat forward and backward will release the left side track fine, but the right side track the one that the release handle is located under will not release with the handle, you can manually release and slide it, which is fine as long as the seat is not in the car, but extremely difficult when reinstalled in vehicle. So the questions are this, is there a way or tool that can be used to release the track and put in position temporarily so I can reinstall all bolts and drive car until replacement parts can be obtained and installed. Next the track on observations appears quite complex to included a canister with a braided strap, so what parts need to be replaced to correct my problem?

Thanks to Javier at Pelican the Parts are Ordered, but still would like advice on how to adjust the right side rail manually while in the car with the back bolts installed.
