Tire & Brake Pad Question
On my 2006 Mini I use two different sets of wheels/tires
My winter wheels/tires are 175/65r-15 Continentals that came stock with the car ...............suggestion a year round tire? The summer wheels/tires are 215/45-17 Bridgestone Potenza's Thinking of going with Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 R's Will use these tires also for track use at Drivers Education events Still has the stock brake pads................suggestions for a pad that's good for the street as well as the track? Feel free to comment........................ |

I'm trying Brembo pads next...
Tough trade-off with other pads in terms of stopping power vs. noise. Of course, if you don't mind squeaky brakes, then you get all the stopping power you want with no cost of noise! |

Opening this forum again because i got intrigued by how brembo pads are being recommended. Then i saw this. Is it true bmw does not use brembo as standard on M cars?
