I have a engine fan ,but the car its buyed without AIR CONDITION! I dont have a servo steering pump fan,thats a problem,i dont know its missing or maybe they dont put on a model without AIR CONDITION !
Now i dont know if i install a fan or what to do ?

The engine needs an electric cooling fan. Eben without air conditioning.
