My 06 R53 PSP was giving the symptoms of running even when the ignition is off. Eventually it died and I replaced a new pump. Problem is, I an still getting the new pump running while ignition is of . Any ideas?

Still running, either battery voltage is too high or the pump is faulty. Check battery voltage when the vehicle is shut down, if it is around 12.6, the pump is faulty.

Hi Nick. Thanks for your reply.

Battery voltage after vehicle shut down = 12.1V

The pump was replaced with a new OEM pump... Hitting a wall now, and not sure what else to check.

Please help...

Thanks.
