Thanks for the info Nick. But the radiator movement seems to be around the two mounting pins at the top right/left of the radiator. Movement of the radiator is about 1/2 inch or so along those two pins. Is that normal?

Not likely, the retaining pins should hold it pretty well. 1/2 inch each direction is too much.
