Found water inside passenger footwell

Greetings...I just noticed a small puddle inside the passenger footwell of my 2011 Clubman and can't tell exactly where it's coming from...I went thru a car wash a few days ago, but just noticed clear water on the mats...there is a small box shaped thing right behind the door of the glove box, but I couldn't tell where it's coming from

has anyone seen or experienced something like this...It's been too cold for a/c so I don't think it could be condensation

I'd appreciate any help
