But, more importantly, the sleeves allow torquing of the bolts against the sleeve, and not the rubber donut washers. That way the washers isolate the vibration but are not completely squashed. Why aren't the manufacturers of these aftermarket coils seeing this? My advice would be to drill out the metal sleeve and use the original so the attachment is correct. Any thoughts? Any coils that actually accept the OE bolts?
