update: By powering up and placing the LHS window switch -Down, the motor worm screw ....unscrewed itself from the Regulator. Ok motor obviously works . The big problem still exists, how to get the window to come down with a regulator that is probably Jammed. Any Ideas would be appreciated.

If the regulator is faulty, cutting the cable will release it.
