I'm sorry Nick, I should have been more specific. I lost this screw and I'm trying to see if I could find this at a local hardware store or metric store near my area. Do you happen to know what type of screw it is? My coolant leak fix is being held by this one tiny screw. Please help.

No I don't know the size, etc. You may need to replace the hose. I would check with our parts specialists, they may know of a repair kit that comes with a screw. Give our parts specialists a call at 1-888-280-7799.
