Fuel Filter O-ring Dilema NEED HELP!

While doing the filter change I somehow dislodged the small black sleeve and 3 O-rings that live inside the white plastic top of the filter assembly where the fuel line plugs into. I tried to slide them on the end of the fuel line and insert to no avail. Also pinched one in the process. Does anyone have a part number on these? And if I do get new ones, how do they go back in? Very hard to see in there with everything back together except the fuel line. Thanks in Advance MAN DOWN!
