Nick just so I'm clear on your reply.
Your saying on the 2007 Mini Cooper S Hatchback, there were some versions of this particular Year, Make & Model of Mini Cooper S
That a bleeder valve was installed on some cars, and there were some Mini's, which mini did not install a bleeder valve on? If your answer is YES,
Than what is the correct procedure which should be followed to bleed any trapped Air Bubbles out of the coolant lines after doing a Complete Coolant System Flush?

It depends on if the thermostat is original or not. Some have a bleeder, some do not. If yours does not, fill and bleed using out cooling system service article. MINI recommends using a vacuum bleeder on all R56 models.
