I am changing spec. anti-freeze & oil & filter as well.How many miles do you recommend b/4 changing a 2nd time soon after the procedure. Would you use a lighter wt. synthetic after the Timing Chain Tensioner Kit Install-before the 2nd oil chg.?

Use the recommended oil spec from MINI. Nothing else.
