I followed these directions to replace the sensor but when I removed the old sensors they were dripping with oil, Is this normal? Dont want to replace if there is other issues.

The sensors are in the engine where there is oil.

Figure #7 and #10 in the article show you the sensors removed and have a bit of oil on them.
