Hi There. I have posted my problem about a month ago and it looks like I am almost there. My Mini is an R56 D with a W16 engine. It appears that the oil leak was coming out of one of the injectors. The problem was a damaged Gasket Ring under the Part No 13537804981. It looks like that it has been placed upside down see photo.

The car is not leaking any more after replacing this gasket but I would like find out whether this Gasket Ring it has been misplaced and whether or not this seal keeps the oil from coming out of the Cam Housing. Thank you

I do not think there should be any oil sealed in by the injector seal.
