When car is off I can change all gears but soon I start the car can't put first or reverse unless I turn off the car.When driving is getting difficult to change gears but I can do it and without any grinding noise.I have a new clutch slave.Can you give me your opinion about this problem?Thanks!

That's a good start replacing the slave, but I have also seen a bad clutch and flywheel cause this issue.

If it ends up being a clutch issue we have some really great clutch super kits here: Mini Cooper & Cooper S (R50/R52/R53) - Clutch & Flywheel - Page 1 that have just about everything you'll want to replace while you're in there for the job.
