So i did the drain and fill on my 08 cooper s r56 replaced the filter as well but still having issues with 4th, 5th ,and 6th gear from slipping and not catching. I was told it may be a solenoid issue but i have no solenoid fault issue codes. The only codes i get are for ratio monitoring for 4th and 5th. 4th has improved some since the drain and fill but 5th and 6th not so much. Any ideas??

I had a customer car that did that and it ended up being the valve body. It is a very common failure on the Aisin transmission.
