I have a 2005 R53, installing a 2% overdrive damper, will I need a longer belt? If so what size? Any help would be appreciated.

2%? That seems minimal, maybe not. But for the 15% pulley, you would use this belt. http://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/11287545120.htm?pn=11-28-7-545-120-M21

I think he's talking about the M7 light weight crank pulley (Vibration Damper) here: 2005 Mini Cooper S Hatchback - Engine Miscellaneous - Page 1.
I'd honestly stick with stock or go with the ATI one. Then go with what Nick suggested, and go with a 15% supercharger pulley. We have them, you can call us for a quote: 1-888-280-7799. |
