So my reverse light on my 2007 will not go off. I disconnected the plug. When in reverse there was continuity and when in neutral nothing. The lights stay on regardless even when it is disconnected. Do you have any ideas on what the next step would be with reverse lights not shutting off?

Could be a short in the wire to the footwell module, or a faulty footwell module.
