I replaced everything but the window no longer operates with the two step seal process. It still takes to clicks to open the door but the window doesn't move. What part of the mechanism might be out of place that doesn't release the window?

I don't know what you mean by 'relearn the adaptation. Where do I find information on this procedure?

There are 2 adjustments that you need to perform in order for the window to work properly. The pre-tension adjustment and position adjustment. Did you do these adjustments?

In the article above you want to review figure 38, 39 and 40 for these adjustment steps. When you finished the install, with the door completely closed you'll want to make sure to lower and raise the window completely. Then, when the window is fully raised, hold the switch in the up position for 10 seconds. This reprograms the GWC.
