Hello,

2007 Cooper S, 100k miles, N14B16A engine.
Misfire when starting from cold. EM light on, showing codes:
2786 additional mixture adaptation
287D vanos inlet actuator movement
287E vanos inlet actuator movement

Does this sound like a Vanos solenoid?

VANOS solenoid or timing components or VANOS actuator. Solenoid is good place to start.
