My car seems to be missing the lower splash shield depicted in figure 11. '07 Cooper S Is this not present on all cars? If it is, do you sell it?

If needed, that part is here: Pelican Parts - MINI Cover. I know our article says there is one on each side - However, I believe there is only one (the right side).
