This was very helpful! Your picture helped me to order my own thickness tool. The dealer said the pads were wearing and I wanted to double-check. Plus we have numerous vehicles and this will help me stay on top of all of their brake situations.

Glad it was useful. Also, your MINI will warn you when the brake sensor is tripped and pads are due. That will help you to know when it's time to change your pads and sensors.
