2007 mini n56 r12, showing codes P0014 and P0015. I have replaced both vanos solinoids, both cam sensors, timing chain complete with guides, timing chain tensioner. After short warm up I can shut down and reset the codes, they will return after start up as pending, and will return as full on codes after next start. any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Confirm mechanical timing is OK> If so, you may have a fault VANOS actuator / gear on camshaft.

Yes, make sure your timing is not off. If camshaft sensor and VANOS are not the issue it could possibly be a timing issue.
