Hi i have a 2007 cooper s r56 with code 1631 engine light on.book says throttle valve actuator spring test ,what is this and do i need to replace the throttle valve or just clean it. thanks

Your throttle body could potential be on its way out. I've seen many individuals with this code that replaced the TB and it resolved their issue.
