Question Guard rolling in Sydney??

Has anyone in Sydney had their 911 guards rolled?

I'm looking for someone with a guard rolling tool that will fit a Porsche hub. My local panel man's multi-fitment tool doesn't fit the 130mm PCD.

I'm not too keen on the idea of a hammer and dolly at this stage either!

Many thanks in advance...

Thanks Matt,

I spoke to John and they don't roll; they only use a hammer and dolly.

I'll have a look on You Tube as well, but still need someone with a roller to fit a 911 stud pattern.

Thanks again...

Wow... I had a look at some of the Youtube videos. Really scary stuff; especially the dudes using the transmission to move the roller around the wheel arch!

Yesterday I borrowed my local panel man's guard roller and fabricated an adaptor out of a piece of wood. It's a similar concept to the large Porsche wheel spacers. The wheel studs bolted through a 50mm wood spacer with a countersunk recess for the wheel nuts, and cup head bolts from the hub side of the spacer with a PCD to fit the tool.

Simply bolt the wooden adaptor to the hub and then bolt the tool to the adaptor. Worked well and now I have two nicely rolled front guards. Total cost: one carton of Crownies!

Cheers...
