It may not look like a deck, but if it is/was one and rebuilding it is on the menu, that can be an important distinction. Around here you don't need a permit to repair a deck, but the authorities get involved if you build a new one.

Abandoned house. It was like walking on a sponge.

There is actually an indoor pool to the left, through the patio door. I was afraid to look under the cover.
