Holy hell....what happened here?

More “stupid + money + power tools + paint + time = _____”
Not surprised really. There’s a lot of it out there. |

He tried, which is more than I can say.
I love hot rods, but if I ever came into the money to build one, it would probably be more of a kit car, choosing a frame from SoCal Speed Shop, or similar, maybe a Brooklands '33 body, some sort of 'murrican V8 and a tremec 5 speed. A Jag rear end if I was really feeling froggy. A leather interior, simple patterns, but of good quality and nicely detailed. And it would look just like ten thousand hot rods that have been built in a similar fashion.... This fella with the green car thought he might build one of his own, and I admire that. (But - if this green rod was my creation, I wouldn't try and sell it, I'd just mark it up to experience.) |

Well, he did something, and it looks like it was a successful endeavor. It's certainly not my cup of tea. I like the wheels (but not necessarily on that particular vehicle).

I’d trade this for my wooden helicopter project. Minor finish and assembly work required...

That is the result of an excess of ambition meeting a lack of talent....

At least he saved a ‘46 Ford from the crusher. :D
I have to admire the guy’s ambition. Body design and sheet metal work obviously aren’t his strengths. Needs bigger tars on the back :D |

NAW- scratch that! Never mind my first entry folks. It sucks. WAY TOO AMBITIOUS.

....bigger tars on the rear...yep! |
But wait! Underneath the hood lurks a 300 gallon wood fired BBQ smoker!

Looks rural. Needs more farm cache/bro dozer/utility...
