Tariff costs when buying parts from Europe

Thinking of buying a pair of turbo chargers from Lithuania. What can I aspect to pay in tariff's on $1800.00 ?

Probably only 2.5% Duty. But over a certain amount (US$1200?), there are Customs brokers fees, bond fees, and numerous other charges tacked on.

So would it safe to say 10% total on all the added fees?

Umm, nothing. I bought a painting from Spain that I've been negotiating on since May and the price wasn't effected at all.
