No sure...but you might search old Jay Leno's garage episodes on youtube. Think I may have seen it there.

Its where the web is searched for images that match what you submit. The search result is a list of duplicate images and the image locations. It may lead to the source of your car. Two options are https://tineye.com/ and https://reverse.photos/ (google).

Tineye.com is a popular reverse image site. Upload a copy of a photo and it will find sites on the web where it appears.

I have seen one just like it driving around so pasadena sometimes, usually saturday or sunday mornings. I am not sure if that was THIS car you mentioned but it sure had a swollen body like it.
