2018 M5 Detailed

Had a chance to get my hands in a 2018 M5 to detail it and apply Ceramic Coating.

What a nice machine this car is, hard to believe the owner drop his 2014 Porsche Turbo S for the M.

How hard is it to apply the ceramic coating? I do my own detailing (wash, clay, cut, polish) but I know the application can be a little fussy. DIYable or leave it to a pro?

This would be for the 911 if that matters.

In my opinion is not that hard, however, you're correct, it can turn to be a little fussy "generally speaking" the time between applying the product and removing it is what get people in trouble, surface preparation, surface temperature, time for the product to flash and the one I think is the most important to me is the ambient temperature, all of them have to be in order for a good application, of course, if we want to get the surface properly corrected ( removal of swirl marks and imperfections) that's another subject altogether.
