100K on my 2012 F350 with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Had to replace the DEF heater and that is it. Just keep it filled up with DEF and drive. No other issues related to the DEF.

Did have one oil leak at the front of the engine I had to have fixed.

IIRC my 2015 RAM ecodiesel was 42k out the door new. 4wd, crew cab, backup camera, chrome appearance package and otherwise the entry level. Even has a factory bedliner. I could not justify buying a 3 year old truck out of warranty for 15k less.

Keep in mind when discussing towing capacity that there's "it pull that" and there's "the only way you know its back there is the truck rides smoother". If you tow distance, the later is much easier on you and the truck.

That was the biggest difference moving up from my F150 Ecoboost to an F250 diesel. Towing became exponentially less stressful.

That was mid summer, I posted about it. I had my Ecoboost for three years then moved up to a mint 2008 F250 with the 6.4 and 60k. I’ve since deleted the DPF/cat and disabled the EGR, it’s a great truck.
