Eye problems CSR?
Central serous retinopathy
Been having vision problems in my right eye a dark area, hardly any color and blurry. Had it checked out and have fluid building up under my retina causing problems with focus. Anyone ever have this? Doc said it normally goes away in a few months, we are giving it 2 more and see if it clears up. Next step is laser to shut off the fluid. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Have had 3 Vitrectomies on right eye and 2 on the left. Not for the exact issue you have but did have that along with other problems. In Oct and Nov of 17 I was actually blind in both eyes. Since that time in the left eye, where I had that issue, my center vision is wavy, peripheral is good. But I can't read out of that eye. The reason is that the cells in that center region of the retina died off due to the fluid. Don't wait round on this. I have had both eyes tasered multiple times and had a numerous shots to the eyeball (thats a thing they make horror movies out if!). All of this at 53....

This started in my right eye in May (dark spot in the center of vision...blurring), in July I went to the optometrist and got a referral for a retinal expert...in Sep. By the time Sep rolled around (and the appt), the dark spot had disappeared. I kept the appointment, but the doc told me...apparently the "gel" in your eye will stick to back of the retina (creating that spot). In my case it eventually separated successfully from the retina. Start to finish was about 6 months. He told me, sometimes it doesn't successfully separate and medical intervention is necessary. I hope patience pays off for you...laser was discussed with me as well.

Welcome to the club. Age related macular degeneration in the left eye, AMD for short....getting injections in the eye ever 4-6 weeks. Also taking drops for glaucoma in that eye that are thankfully reducing the pressure.
Just blew $$$$ on new glasses prescription. Didn't help much. Tried playing pool yesterday. Thinking of tossing the case & cues... My total sympathy to all in the same boat..or worse. A wise friend once wrote that "life is what happens while you're making other plans." He's gone now, but those words remain with me... Cgar...I hope you are seeing a retina specialist...

It is a specialist, In the past year and a half just before this started I was getting steroid shots in my lower back for pain, he said that is a big contributor to this problem. No more shots and hope it clears up.

Crossing my fingers for you! Misery may love company, but I'd be happy to hear you've regained sight.
