I bought a Lund tonneau cover for my F150 four years ago off Amazon. From day one it didn’t really fit, but I needed to use it the next day for a week long trip. It always bothered me, but I had other worries.

So, yesterday, I was thinking about it and sent Lund an email with my concerns and pictures, thinking it’s a waste of time. But you never know...

I just got a reply that they are sending me a new tarp to use with my old hardware.

I think that’s great customer service!

The truck was only a month old when I bought the cover. No wrecks or damage.

I’m hoping the new cover fits better too. I’ve seen other brands that fit perfectly on trucks.

Impressive good will. For what it cost Lund to do that, they'll probably be well ahead. Your good word of mouth vs bad. I'll bet they've seen that issue before, too.

Had a set of Cocomats in my BoxsterS. Spent a lot of time with the top down and they started fading. Emailed Cocomats about what dye I could use to brighten them up. Cocomats sent me another set of mats no charge.

that is indeed good service. I have a Lund cover similar to that on my truck. its the tri fold style and I've been very happy with it. maybe not as cool looking as the hard tri folds but about 1/3 the price and likely more water proof.
