No Bob, Phillipe is definitely a staunch federalist. His election platform was pretty much all based on that. Quebecers have, for the most part, really gotten tired of the whole sovereignty/separation issue...the election results pretty much play to that tune! I sense we'll be issuing a RIP to the Parti Quebecois soon in Quebec...... And not soon enough!!! Good riddance!
