Oil cap residue question

Car is a 99 911. Pulled oil cap and looked like this? Wondering if I should even blow money on PPI. Coolant was clean. Thanks

Need to drive it harder (that's what she said)

Classic sign short tripping. Happens more at low temps. I see some of these with this and really dirty oil. If it was mine I’d change the oil, start and run a few minutes and perform another change. Oil is cheap and you can use the first 9 quarts again in a lawnmower or beater oil using car.

Short trips or not driven often can cause that. I don't feel it needs to have the oil changed twice but I would definitely change it more frequently whether or not it has accrued many miles.

Funny anecdote: I misspelled "definitely" and the choice in spell checker below the correct spelling was "effeminately". Somehow I don't think that effeminately changing your oil would do much good.

To clarify I’d only do a “double” change if oil was ALSO super black.
