I watched the video without the additional commentary and while I think there is quite a bit of over reaction, calling someone (in this case 911) and telling them your GPS location in this case isn't a bad idea.

I can imagine being in that little runabout with the whales right under you would be quite a sight. And the thought of being capsized in the sound is a scary one.

I loved the comments about the cops coming to arrest the whales, you know, for whaling. I wonder what number he calls for a fire or medical emergency? I guess he's never had to deal with those issues?

No, the dude said "Why People" as in "Why do you do these things?". He explains that in the video at the 3:00 mark.

I have learned not to click on text on thumbnail videos.

This is a text on thumbnail video.

There is always an add.

I often do not value the content of the video very well once it gets started.

So those are my two cents.(What is postage these days?)
