Ojai Studio Artists Tour
We went to Ojai for their yearly Studio Artists Tour last weekend. There are about 70 artists that open their studios for three days. We saw some really great work. In stone sculpture we saw Duane Dammeyer and Brian Berman, both great plus Brian does a lot of cast glass and I was interested in that.
We went to the studio of Sandy Treadwell, a great artist and ex Secretay of State from New York. Also Jeff Mann, he has been doing this most of his life and has had a great carreer in Hollywood movies. Patty did buy a couple of his limited prints. They are very nice. We saw Stephan Edwards, a cast glass great and he may be teaching a class in the San Diego area soon, if he does I hope to go. All in all we probably went to 30 studios and met some great artists. Nobody had anything I could afford. and I love Ojai |

Worthless even with pictures, I haven't learned how to orient these vertical. The picture of the guy is Jeff Mann, he worked on most Lucas films.
The bird is a California Condor, life size in stone.
