I was at the MXoN also. Wish the track had been dry as I really wanted to see a Herlings-Tomac battle. That track was a mess. With that said, Herlings was indeed impressive.

Personally, I would get the PW running well and sell it. Buy a CRF 50 4 stroke. It's a far superior bike.

I already have two CRF50 Chinese knockoffs that run great but are too heavy and clunky compared to the little PW50. My 4 grandkids are 4 months, 6 months, 3 years and 6 years old and will definitely do better initially starting on the PW50. It will get a lot of use over the next 5 or so years. My wife and I use the CRF50 knockoffs as pitbikes at Oshkosh. I am sure the grandkids will ride them too as they get bigger, but if my oldest one starts racing, the plan is for him to race the PW50 this summer in the stock 4-6 PeeWee class then transition to the KTM as soon as he wants to try it. The rest of the grandkids will likely just ride for fun on our property.

I kinda thought you were an AX guy, Tim. Confirmed now. And/or flat track.

First ride for grandson last night on the PW50. He did great. I tied a rope to the bike for the very first ride and ran behind him. Next I turned him loose and made him follow me on my pit bike. He seems to really enjoy riding.

^^^^Who wouldn't enjoy their first ride ? This reminds me of my son on Christmas day when he was 6 years old, we got him an electric pit bike that he ran all over our farm. He graduated to an older XR70, then a big wheel XR100, and now still has his XR200, but he and his girlfriend ride my KLR250 more than I do.

I think it helps give better balence, and problem solving in kids, and keeps them off of the electronic devices.....good on you for doing this.

I don't have any "good" video yet from those who were filming, but I do have this crappy one of his very first ride with me being drug along by a "leash". :)
