George Halas...Mike Ditka...Lovey Smith...Matt Nagy
Gotta say, I think Matt Nagy is the real deal. I don't think I've ever seen a rookie head coach completely turn around a team like this. Mitchell Trubisky is a talented quarterback, but winning a game with your backup quarterback who didn't even get to practice with the team means you have a good "system" in place.
If not this season, I think the Bears will be in the "big game" within a few seasons.
