The "exact" one in the OP appears to be a Polartec bandanna made by Buff, called the "Tepic-2 / Gargoyle". PN: 101142

Looks like it may be an older/NLA design, so finding one in stock somewhere might be a challenge.

Looked at the Etsy link again and they also show this, so maybe not the exact design.

Close but not the exact same. That one has a fleur de lis on the chin, the teeth are different and the bottom pattern is blue whereas the one the OP posted has a grey bottom. Never mind the fact the listing even includes the exact same pic the OP posted (but will not be the one you get). Obviously a counterfeit but no idea who makes the original.

Edit: The buff seems to be the winner.
