I'd kind of prefer the guy to get his arse stomped out of existence.

Makes me sick to see that. What's going to happen to this lowlife if caught? Nothing. Waste a bunch of money, a slap on the wrist and he goes out and do it again. I agree with Steve, lets the victim's family have a go at him with bats and and brass knuckles for 5 min. in a room.

When my sister was working as a CCU nurse, this retired old man was brought in beaten by a bunch of teenagers or young thuds to the point that he was paralyze. They took all of 25 bucks from him. I am all for fighting fire with fire.

They will catch him of that I am certain. I am amazed at how often police track these bastards down. Armed with a pic like that they will definitely find him. Such a beating will likely be deemed depraved indifference and I hope they punish him severely.
