I still remember the first time I saw custom down-pipe expansion chambers and gold radial-finned DG heads on a 2 stroke road bike.
That was the coolest thing I had ever seen.

As practical nowadays as a model A, but still full of awsomeness.

I had to see the end of the corner before getting on the throttle or it would drift wide and in any gear I could pick up the front end.
